This 2 hour Knowledge and Network Session is part of our ongoing schedule of marketing training that provides the essential foundations you need to have in place to market your business effectively.
Information is delivered in a bite-size format to help you gain clarity and focus – to get your marketing done.
This month’s focus topic:
“The Customer Journey”
An easy mistake to make is assuming customer’s are always ready to buy now. This naturally leads to a ‘sell’ style strategy which worked well in the days of one-way communication – seller to buyer.
But the internet, mobile technology and social media has changed everything – communication is now two way where people can seek information ‘on-the-go’ and openly ask for – or access – feedback in a no-holds-barred way!
This means the mindset of the customer has shifted its pattern – a new ‘normal’ way of buying has emerged. This next session will cover how to get more astute with the customer journey and think about where the touch points of influence can be.
There will be plenty of time to talk with like-minded business owners – networking has never been easier as there is a common topic to talk about.

- 9.45 – 10.30am: Q&A’s, sharing perspectives & networking
